About Me

You've completed all the checklist items you had for your life. You feel stuck, overwhelmed, and emotionally drained. You want fulfillment and progress in your life but aren’t sure how to get it. You have searched for answers on your own but have never really been able to implement them and make lasting changes. It's time for that to change!

Mental and emotional health issues arise as a way for the body and mind to communicate that something deeper needs addressed. A great therapist will ask the right questions to help you uncover the answers you may have know all along. I work as a guide, asking the right questions, providing unconditional support, and helping you make connections.

I believe that every person knows the solutions to the issues they are currently experiencing. Sometimes it just takes some guidance. Mental and emotional health issues arise as a way for the body and mind to communicate that something deeper needs addressed. The more we are willing to listen to and work through things the more healing is allowed to happen. I want you to feel powerful in your own life. I don’t discriminate against anyone and offer an open heart and mind to everyone”.

I am a registered Clinical Mental Health Counselor, licensed in Utah. I have worked with a variety of populations in my career in the mental health field. I utilizes both a cognitive-behavioral and trauma informed approach. I am trained in EMDR therapy. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. EMDR therapy shows that the mind can in fact heal from psychological trauma as much as the body recovers from physical trauma. It has also been shown to help with negative thoughts and beliefs. EMDR can be extremely beneficial to clients dealing with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, etc.
