Dr. Grewal was a fantastic therapist, even the short time I spent with her. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, she decided to leave the platform unexpectedly and very suddenly. Huge disappointment!

I am extremely happy with Dr. Grewal. I find her very organized but at the same intuitive and flexible. She has helped me a lot since we started our therapy together. I had another therapist before and felt like I wasn't progressing but now I feel that every week I am getting closer to solving certain issues I have had all my life. What I like the most is that every week she leaves me with something to reflect on and she sends me an agenda before each session where we can set the objectives.

The absolute best therapist out there! My mental health has significantly improved since the beginning of this year compared to now. I am more confident in myself and my ability to process, react, and respond to the events in my life. I feel more in control of how and the way I want to live. Negativity no longer has its grip on me. Therapy saved me and has made the quality of life that much better!
