These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Marcy Drummy. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Marcy is thoughtful, considerate, and moves at the pace I'm comfortable with. She's constantly sharing just the right thing I need. She listens to my needs and responds respectfully. I've thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with her so far.
She's supportive and offers great insite and projects to work on
Every session with Marcy provides me with some sort of tool that helps me better understand myself, my past, my interactions with others and keeps me engaged in growth.
Marcy Drummy has helped me to get through a really challenging personal time. She has led me through a process of examining my assumptions, assessing my values and learning to rely on my own wisdom and instincts to find a better way to resolve issues. She has suggested many good resources, had me work through some of the worksheets that betterhelp offers (values clarification, forgiveness). She asks challenging questions while being very positive and affirming. I am very grateful for our time together.
I really enjoy my session with Marcy! Her schedule is open, she’s seems really prepared for each session. She’s also very personable and attentive to my needs as a patient.
She is knowledgeable and professional, but also makes you feel so comfortable and like you’re talking to a friend. She’s very good at providing multiple resources that are best for you outside of therapy like podcasts, movies, and books. I never feel rushed, or misunderstood. She is best for those in need of a casual conversation and the occasional straight forward advice when you most need it!!
I've had one video session with marcy so far and several message chats with her and I feel very comfortable opening up to her as she has allowed me to feel no judgment for her as a stranger. I like the convenience of being able to write in a journal every day that I can put my feelings out there in the moment to help her understand my day to day. I feel this is a great tool to better understand her client's needs and allows her to be able to focus more on what they need.
Marcy has been wonderful to work with. She is supportive, non-judgemental, open and honest with me. She gets back to me quickly with support and suggestions to help me heal from an emotionally abusive relationship.
