I have extensive experience working with addictions (chemical and process, like shopping and video games) as well as anger, depression, anxiety, and general life dissatisfaction. I am also trained in EMDR which is incredibly effective in helping to resolve traumatic “stuck points” which sometimes happen. I am in love with helping people figure out different and more effective ways to handle life’s messes and challenges.
