Initially I was sceptical about using BetterHelp, but it soon became apparent that it’s a brilliant service. Margaret was brilliant and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Margaret is really cool. She doesn't try to find impossible solutions to impossible problems but instead offers coping mechanism which actually work. Also, she's not one of those therapists who will pretend like she knows everything that you are going through, instead she'll ask and listen and make you feel like she is there for you.

Counselor Margaret Mccready gave me lots of information and worksheets to work on. She checks up on me when I go quiet and she actually cares. I have become so much better with my anxiety and knowing myself better and believing in what I can achieve. Thank you, Margaret.
