Therapy provides guidance when you are experiencing challenging situations that create stress and anxiety. I can help you build skills and strategies to cope with these situations. The therapeutic relationship creates a safe space to address emotions and behaviors that are making life uncomfortable. My goal is foster this relationship through compassion, warmth and non-judgment. I utilize evidence based practice tailored to situations and goals. These evidence based practices include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interview and client centered care.
