I use various techniques such as mindfulness meditation, behavioral strategies, challenging negative self talk, and exploring life's purpose/meaning, to name a few, when helping people meet their goals. I also take a strengths based approach (yes, we all have strengths) as it is our strengths that often help us in the areas in which we are struggling most. I believe there is always hope even in the darkest of circumstances and it is that hope that often keeps us going.

I came here with vague expectations of online therapy, but Dr. Graeber raised the bar up high. A genuinely humble and real person; Dr. Graeber has been an amazing person to work with for the last eight months. She is an active listener with heart and insight who has helped identify goals, remain on track and work through any curveballs during the entire process. I've been able to learn and grow so much with the emotional tools she's taught me to manage feelings of stress and anxiety. I am better off having had the opportunity to work with her.

Dr. Graeber is knowledgeable about a number of different types of therapies. She is also very smart. I have found that the way she puts something really makes sense and changes how I think about things, even after a long time of thinking about the issue in another way. She challenges me in a supportive way that fits my needs.
Dr. Graeber is incredible! She combines her years off expertise and experience in her field with being a great active listener. She was able to understand right away the style of therapy I needed and has constructive, weekly goals for me to work on outside of our sessions. Dr. Graeber helped me find how I specifically am suited to be my own biggest help and I haven’t had therapists in the past who are so dedicated to that goal.
