I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker certified in Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with more than half a decade of experience working with youth, adults and older adults. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from California State University of Fullerton, with a specialization in community mental health. I currently work with individuals and families navigating issues including anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, grief and loss and trauma.
