Hello! I've been a therapist for 15 years! I truly believe in a holistic approach to treatment and would love to get the chance to join you on your journey to betterment! My areas of expertise include trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions, grief/loss, and postpartum issues. In addition to my counseling license, I am also a board certified music therapist and I love being able to bring the creative arts into my sessions.
