About me
I am a bilingual (Spanish–English) Licensed Mental Health Counselor with specialized training in identifying and addressing a wide range of personal, social, and psychological challenges. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and collaborative, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and other evidence-based interventions. I focus on helping clients develop self-awareness, regulate emotions, strengthen coping skills, and build effective problem-solving strategies.
I have experience working with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger management concerns, chronic pain, and relationship challenges. I offer individual therapy, couples counseling, and marriage and family therapy, providing a supportive and culturally responsive environment to help clients navigate personal growth and improve relational well-being.
