About me

You have probably come to BetterHelp.com because you are tired of the struggle in your life and relationships. You must want a better way or you would not have made the effort. For that I acknowledge you. That takes courage.. There are solutions that we can discover and explore together. You deserve to life the life you want and to be happy.

You CAN overcome anxiety and deal more effectively with stressful situations. Many of these stressful situations occur in the context of a relationship. I believe many of us have been wounded in relationship and we can heal in relationship.

I have trained as a mental health professional and as a relationship coach. I have been trained in Imago Relationship Therapy, the Gottman Relationship method and Relationship Coacing (RCI). I also have experience in working with traumas and utilize EMDR as appropriate. My Ph.D. is from The Ohio State University.

I am licensed in Connecticut as a Marriage & Family Therapist. As a couples relationship counselor for over 35 years, I have experienced many different challenges people face.. There is noting that will shock me. My intention is to listen non-judgementally with warmth and compassion. Together we will work to find solutions.
