About me

I believe that we all have the inner means to self-heal and self-comfort. My approach focuses on helping people achieve their goals by realizing and using their mental and emotional potential. From my experience and training, I see myself as a guide to my clients as they seek self-awareness through the discovery of their innate, natural resources – not only in managing stress and discomfort but also in opening new pathways of consciousness, clarity, and confidence. I am compassionate, non-judgmental, and create an open and caring atmosphere so that you feel supported and trusting in your therapeutic process.
Along with other professional modalities, my primary technique to achieve this goal is Internal Family Systems (IFS). This interactive approach allows people to acquire meaningful insights into the origins and nature of their personal issues and to take advantage of their genuine inner strengths in understanding and managing them.
Taking the step to begin therapy or begin working with a new therapist can take courage and motivation, congratulations on taking that first step here. I begin with a brief phone call with any potential client so that you have a chance to ask me any questions you may have and to ensure the work I do will meet your needs. I look forward to hearing from you!
