About me
I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over eight years. In my career, I have had the opportunity to serve people of all backgrounds and with a variety of concerns. I have helped individuals with depression and anxiety, as well as OCD, self-harming issues, BFRBs, and relationship challenges. In addition, I have supported clients who are grieving the loss of a loved one, and those who have suffered trauma.
I strive to be a therapist who understands, supports, and respects my clients' experiences. I work to always build upon my knowledge base so that I can best help each person with their unique concerns. I have experience using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems approach, and others.

Marilee has been extremely helpful in the short time I have worked with her, speaking to her is like speaking to a concerned friend not a therapist. She has also provided me with many tools that I am able to use daily in my life rather than just talking and having nothing to learn and take away to grow.
