About Me

Time is our most valuable commodity. I work with individuals to help them make growth choices. This greatly enhances their time wherever it is spent, such as in relationships, with family, career, or enjoying hobbies and recreation. Change can be difficult, and I am continually in awe of the courage shown by my clients as I support their journey of healing and transformation. Therapists also learn, change, and grow from their therapeutic relationships, and I have immense gratitude for the individuals I have learned from. The initial evaluation process can be illuminating, and can offer a new clarity around even the most longstanding issues and challenges.

I like her style and the tools she had gave me. They work.

Dr. Caldwell is hands down the best therapist I have had in the last 2 years that I have been in therapy. I have worked with 4-5 other therapists and I feel that in 2 weeks time I have made more progress than with anyone else. And...I am a therapist myself so I feel like I have pretty high standards for what therapy should be. If you put in the work she will give you great guidance.

Dr Caldwell has helped me during a very dark time and supported me in the most empathic and compassionate way possible. I would highly recommend it to other seeking help with relationship issues.
