About me

I am a caring and compassionate therapist who works with a variety of treatment modalities including client-centered, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and CBT. I am non-judging and believe in establishing a trusting and collaborative relationship where we work together to help solve your issues.
I have 14 years of experience working with a variety of individuals in various settings including runaway teens, HIV infected individuals and their children, elementary school children, individuals with severe mental illness, individuals in crisis, job coaching, and therapy with depression and anxiety clients. I am open to and interested in learning about various cultures through the lens of mental health. Although I have experience in a variety of settings with various individuals, my main interest is therapy with adults. I specialize in assisting those with general anxiety, ocd, and depression as well as those struggling with various issues including relationships, self-esteem, abuse, codependency, abandonment, and family issues.
