About me

I am an individual counselor licensed in Vermont with over 13 years of experience working in the medical field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, post-partum anxiety/depression, relationship issues, and body image concerns. I also have helped many people who have been on dialysis address end of life issues, as well as caregiver burnout with their support system.

My counseling style is warm and inviting. I believe in treating everyone with compassion and sensitivity. My approach combines mindfulness practice, cognitive-behavioral, meditation, and client-centered care. I will meet with you and tailor the treatment plan to meet your specific goals and needs.

I believe it takes courage to outreach for counseling and this is the first step on the road to a fulfilling life.

I look forward to working with you!
