I’m going through some very challenging times right now. I am struggling with my emotions and how to cope and move forward. Marissa has been a great listener, excellent supporter and she has been extremely kind. It’s great to have someone to listen and offer advice without bias and without judgment. She takes time for check ins and she makes me feel safe and heard. I’m so grateful I found her through BetterHelp!

Marissa is great! It’s my first time seeing a therapist and she helped me through it. I completely lost everything, my mind was just everywhere. It doesn’t happen overnight but the sessions with Marissa helped a lot. She knows what she’s doing to help any way she can. We’re all human beings just trying to get through the day. She’s good at what she does.
