About me

Hi, my name is Mark. I have been a licensed counselor in clinical practice since 1997. I provide a wide array of services to children, adults, couples, and the geriatric population. I am licensed in both North Carolina and Georgia. I help people with adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADD/ADHD, parenting, marriage, grief, anger management, and men's issues. My tagline is "Facilitating change, and offering hope."

My therapeutic approach uses a combination of cognitive behavioral interventions to help learn healthier thinking patterns, relaxation techniques to better manage stress, and a strength based perspective for added support. I have helped thousands of people navigate through this process, and I look forward to helping you meet your goals.
