My experience includes working with depression, stress/anxiety, trauma, LGBT+, coping with addiction, and relationship issues. I have worked in various settings including individual practice, residential substance use treatment, schools/colleges, and most recently hospitals and hospice. In all of these settings, the treatment has always included trauma-informed practices.
My role is to be there for you to uncover strengths, build on existing coping skills and develop new skills. My approach includes using person-centered, solution focused, and cognitive behavioral theories. No matter the approach, we work together to customize for you.
