About me

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor specializing in individual counseling for children, adolescents and adults in California and Nevada. With over seven years of experience as a therapist, I specialize in depression and anxiety, victims of trauma and abuse, and survivors of suicide attempt and suicide.

My clinical experience includes school-based therapy and community mental health, online and tele-health services, and seeing individuals in my private practice.

In counseling, I work from a dynamic model, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques and intervention to help my clients meet their counseling goals. I work with each client to create a treatment plan that will support them during their journey.

Making the step to start counseling is not always easy, but I am here to support and help you through that process when you are ready. Counseling can be a very rewarding process and I have seen many of my clients benefit from both brief intervention as well as short term- and long term- treatment.

I look forward to working with you!
