Martha has been an absolutely key figure in my life this year . Every week she turns up with incredible energy compassion , understanding and words of wisdom to guide me never shying away from the hard questions that encourage me to delve deeper.
Wether I am having a great week or one of the hardest weeks I always come out of our sessions feeling powerful , supported and capable of anything . I genuinely cannot recommend Martha enough as a therapist and all round powerhouse of a woman !

Experienced supportive therapist, just what I needed right now. Martha is curious and challenges me when appropriate and is direct when I need it, this is so helpful for me in making me think differently and to address issues quickly. This is effective and I love her honesty and how she holds space.
