Martha is helping me through one of the hardest times in my life. She listens to me intently and understands my feelings. She gives me hope. When my emotions are taking over, she is able to give me breathing exercises that help calm me down in that moment. I am very glad I made the choice to get Better Help!

Martha is so amazing. She listens, but also talks me through what we should work on, which helps so much because I was nervous to start therapy because I don’t know what to talk about. She is caring and enthusiastic and extremely optimistic. She is my favorite therapist I’ve ever had so far!

I have made incredible progress in such short time with the advice I have been given as well as the homework assignments. Excellent stuff!

So far so good! Martha seems interested and aligns with my "actionable items" style of therapy. Looking forward to seeing how this develops.

Ms. Martha is a great therapist! She takes her time to get to know you and the reasons why you are seeking therapy. She finds ways that help you feel better about your situation or feelings. She celebrates your small and big accomplishments. She also gives homework to help you feel connected to your therapy during the time you are waiting for your next appointment with her. It’s not difficult homework and it’s not mandatory but it does really help you for your next session and what you and her will speak about. I am happy she is my therapist.

Martha is very receptive and extremely patient. She brings her expertise to the table and offers her expertise in a way that helps me find my own answers and requires me to be receptive as well.
It is a professional relationship that offers more than I expected when coming to therapy.
