About me

When life feels out of control, it can leave you feeling hurt, uncertain, and emotionally paralyzed. Most people they still don’t seek a therapist. You share your woes with everyone that you can tell your story to, until your friends no longer return your calls.

And you still don’t reach out, until it becomes less painful for you to change than stay where you are. Imagine feeling better after a few short weeks or months, instead of years... and keeping your friends.

I specialize in life transitions, marriage, relationships, anxiety, grief and loss, and chronic pain and health issues.

I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I work to develop healthy therapeutic relationships, conducive to helping you heal and grow.

Together we will strive to create a relaxed, safe and non-judgmental environment in which you can express and explore who you are, and who you would like to become…and then become “that” person.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Mary Armstrong. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I appreciate the way Mary talks to me and explain attitudes and behaviors related to my concerns. Although it is still very early to assess the overall experience so far, I'm satisfied and I feel I'm making a progress with Mary.
