This is the first time I’ve ever done counseling and I have to admit it really does bring a lot of clarity. We don’t just talk about issues, talk about the future in a positive light. So there’s never a feeling of wallowing in my sorrows. She directs me on a plan of action. Also, she gives me YouTube video homework, which is sooooooo beneficial I think.

Dr. Beaver is an absolute gem. Although this is not my first time in counseling, it is my first time really connecting with my counsellor. Her expertise is only increased by her wonderful personality and kindness. She listens to what you are saying and directs you in a kind and gentle way to make your own realizations. She helped build my self-confidence and helped me work through different crises, and I absolutely love our sessions. I am someone with a long history of abuse, and she has been the perfect person to help me. Highly recommend her!
