About me

You have reached out for counseling because something in your life is not working...you are ready for change. Change begins with you. I work with clients to eliminate shame and blame in order to shift to compassionate understanding that will promote change and growth in the richness of the new relationship with self and others. I am here to offer you new perspectives on current situations in your life. Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change. The first step to finding happiness and making dreams come true is understanding self. We all experience a time in our lives when we lose touch with our true self. I will help you rediscover the true YOU! I adapt to what the client needs as a life coach, accountability partner and healer. A primary focus of my counseling is working with clients to expand their consciousness and understand dysfunctional beliefs in order to facilitate choice and change in regards to how they communicate and operate in their world. As the client becomes more psychologically mature he/she is able to live an authentic life driven by his or her own truth. This takes work, focus and commitment but it is also a fulfilling and enjoyable journey. The goal of our work is to utilize appropriate coping skills and utilize myriad resources to assist you in cultivating greater self-awareness, mindfulness, and emotional freedom to engage in more appropriate and rewarding behaviors. My goal is to help the client resolve internal conflicts so that the path to both healing and success appears clearer and the external world seems less overwhelming. The most important thing to remember is that there is always a valid reason behind what you are feeling. I will help you understand how feelings originate from both past and current experiences. The human psyche is so intriguing to learn about and the better you understand it the more free you will feel and the happier you will be. Knowledge is power. Life will begin to inspire you...not stress you out. Now let's get started...

Mary has provided exceptional therapy in helping redirect my focus on what is important. I have been in some lows lately and needing help with direction to get mentally out of the funk and move forward with prioritizing tasks to move forward to living a happier life with personal, business, and overall well-being. She listens and breaks it down and in the short time I have had the pleasure of working with her I can already tell a shift happening and following through with taking the necessary steps. She does it with authenticity, non judgement, and heart. If you are feeling lost, need some direction, working on healing, or have a negative thinking patters she does exceptional work!
