About me

Hello and welcome!
I am a clinical psychologist licensed in Indiana, Colorado, Virginia, and North Carolina. My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I draw from multiple methods and tailor them to fit each client’s unique needs and goals. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting stress, career transitions, OCD, and ADHD. I also have a deep passion for supporting those who have experienced trauma, and I especially value my work with Veterans.

My therapy style is warm, reflective, and interactive. I believe in treating every person with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. While I use diagnostic labels as tools for exploration, I don’t believe in allowing them to define or limit you. Depending on what’s most helpful for you, I may draw from cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and other therapeutic approaches. Together, we’ll shape our dialogue and treatment plan to support your growth and align with your goals.

I know it takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and meaningful life, and taking that first step toward change is not easy. If you’re ready to begin that journey, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, encouragement, and empowerment.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, watching thrillers, hanging out with my husband, and playing with my three children. And yes—I even play fetch with my cat (who insists on being part dog!).

I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
