Mary Mann, LCPC
About me
I am an experienced counselor with more than 15 years of experience working with families and individuals. I have supported clients with a variety of issues most commonly related to abuse, trauma and mood dysregulation. I assist clients with problem solving, developing self-awareness and making positive changes for success.
I work to create a safe environment to share. I use compassion and empathy and listen to draw out the answers that are within. I use various therapeutic techniques based on what is needed and most beneficial to the client including, humanistic, CBT, TF CBT, solution focused, trauma focused, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and lean primarily toward person focused. I also incorporate expressive art therapy techniques as appropriate.
I appreciate the courage it takes to reach out for assistance and look forward to working with you.
