About Me

Everyday life stressors can be difficult to manage alone. Do you have difficulty, as most of us do, setting healthy personal boundaries and /or finding balance in your life? You may encounter struggles in your relationships, school, or family life that can lead to overwhelming feelings or despair. Life can bring unexpected challenges and change. I will walk alongside you on this journey, helping you to find a healthy balance to heal. I'm an active and engaged therapist with a heart for helping. Together, we will explore and get to know you well.
I have 6 years of experience in school, hospital, and private settings. I assist 17 years old though adults for anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, substance use, and traumas. Together, we can explore the issues that are causing conflict in your life with curiosity, compassionate interest, and most importantly, without judgement.
My goal as a therapist is to help you become fully aware of the experiences of your life, as we pay attention to you in the moment. Don't suffer in silence any longer. Contact me today and let's approach this journey together.
