Mary has a deep understanding of the source of many core wounds that result in low self esteem and low self worth. She can confidently and honestly navigate sensitive topics with care.
I feel like I’m making some great progress with Patricia’s help
So comfortable whenever I’m talking with her! The most important step in therapy is to open up
Very happy with our progress.
I'm so glad that I got paired up with Patrice. It already feels like she "gets" me. She is reassuring, she pays attention, she is supportive, she takes the time and energy to be sure she understands me even when I can't say it very well. I feel like she cares about my mental health and truly wants to help my life be better. THANK YOU
I didn't expect to have such a great match right off the bat! I very much like working with Patrice and look forward to more sessions.
Patrice is so amazing. She helped me out a LOT in a very short amount of time. I’m so glad I was able to get paired up with her. It’s been a very good experience overall.
Patrice has been very helpful in the limited time I’ve been seeing her. I am really looking forward to continuing the process!
I have only had 2 sessions, and so far, I feel like it is a good match and progress will be made.
In just our first session, Patrice was able to identify issues I’ve been struggling to articulate and laid out an achievable, non-abstract roadmap to betterment. Patrice is very compassionate, focused, and insightful. I would feel confident referring her to anyone looking for help and betterment.
Patrice is amazing! This is my first time seeing a therapist and she made the entire process so easy. She is a great listener and very supportive, i felt much better emotionally and mentally after the 1st session and every session after has only made me feel even better. I feel like a new person! Thank you Patrice for everything!
