Maryclaire Calton received her Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017 from Argosy University. Claire is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Claire provides a warm, compassionate and caring environment to help people who suffer from trauma, depression, anxiety and substance abuse issues. She believes it is important to create a safe place throughout the therapeutic process. She utilizes an Eclectic approach utilizing CBT, Mindfulness, EMDR as well as other techniques. Although Claire and I have only completed one video session, I do feel she listens intently and tries her best to help me with what I’m most struggling with. She offers advice and makes me think. Looking forward to more sessions with her and getting to see her put her knowledge into action with me.
