About me

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I have walked alongside clients on their journeys of self-discovery, healing and psychological growth for the past 10 years. In life we will all experience times of pain. Sometimes this becomes too much to carry alone and we need a guide to walk alongside us. A core commitment I hold is to help create a safe and sacred place where clients can explore the deeper waters of human experience.

Here you can explore and understand painful experiences to find more healthy ways of relating to yourself and others. There is space to clarify your values as you work towards more fulfilling and meaningful ways of living. It is in the bold journey through these often dark and confusing places that we find tremendous opportunity to identify the unhelpful narratives and behaviors that are holding us back from our true nature. At the same time we are invited to discover the incredible personal strengths that are accessible to us, clarify our values and move towards lives of meaning and fulfillment.

Whether your current challenge is related to difficult life circumstances, past trauma, or the well of psychological distress that is the birthright of all humans, I would be honored to work with you in this season of your journey. Using evidenced-based mental health treatment practices we will work together to move towards healing and meaning.

If you find yourself stuck, lost or just hungry for a deeper sense of meaning; join me in working to create a safe place in the wilderness to explore new relationships with ourselves and others and imagine new possibilities for the future.
