About me

Greetings! I’m Matthew, a UK-credentialed professional. I work to create a relaxed, safe space where my client can feel supported and free to share their issues confidentially, without judgement. I like to work in a collaborative way, supporting my client’s journey of self-discovery, identifying the source of their issues and developing strategies to manage them. I have experience supporting individuals from various backgrounds, undergoing various life challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, parenting issues, a lack of motivation and self-esteem, exploring life’s purpose and identity. I recognise that stepping into therapy, can feel quite daunting, it requires courage and can feel like a step into the unknown. I would like to assure you that, I’ll be here to support you every step of the way. I draw from life experience and therapeutic techniques, to enhance my therapeutic practice. I work to support my clients through their challenging situations, enabling them to unpack and process their issues. Together a harmonious space is created, encouraging self-reflection, growth and a deeper level of understanding.

Very gentle, spiritual and religious man, kind and intelligent, interesting ways of finding different perspectives in the things that I share and I feel he has helped me alot, to understand myself better and to see things differently, more positive. I am super grateful to have matched with Matthew.

I came to therapy at a really difficult moment, my relationships with my wife and my mother were tangled, painful, and felt almost impossible to navigate. After three sessions, Matthew helped me make sense of things I’d been carrying for yearssssss.

He didn’t just focus on fixing the surface-level issues, he helped me understand myself better: what I want, what I value, and how I relate to the people closest to me.
I won’t say everything is magically perfect now, but I feel so much lighter, clearer, and more grounded than I did before. I actually feel hopeful and, dare I say, almost great about it all (still a work in progress—but such a shift!).

I'm incredibly grateful. Highly recommend to anyone facing complicated family dynamics.
