I am a trained Cognitive Behavioral Therapist licensed in Maine and Massachusetts. I have 20 years of experience in Behavioral Health Services and have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, & coping with grief and loss. I also have experience working with depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
