My name is Maura Johnson. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. I have 5 years of experience in this rewarding field of mental health. I have been able to work with a wide population from veterans, severe mental health disorders, and the LGBTQ community. I have worked with all ages from children, teens, and older adults.
I hope to provide a space where you can feel free to speak and feel no judgement. I will bring empathy, respect, and kindness into every session. My style of therapy is strength based, motivational, and cognitive behavioral. I try to to find my clients strengths and use them to guide us through the sessions. I promise to work in these sessions just as much as you do.
