I feel like I am being listened to without being cuddled. Maurice is very matter of fact which is refreshing
Maurice is open to hearing about different culture, and is very understanding. He uses his unique standpoint to help offer perspective in situations that helps de-bunk some negative thoughts, and offers support in providing worksheets that are beneficial in growing as a person, and learning more about myself.
Extremely intuitive and attentive.
Maurice is a great listener, easily relatable, and feedback in simple terms.
When I talk to Maurice, I feel like talking to a friend who doesn't judge me but isn't afraid to confront me with his honest opinion either. He really tries to understand me and our sessions are more a discussion and exchange than me just telling my story. With his large experience and expertise I feel safe confiding in him and no matter how stressed and anxious my week can get, talking to Maurice calms me down an makes everything a little more clear!
Maurice immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the start.
Having this be my first time trying therapy this was something very important to me.
Maurice always knows how to turn around a negative mindset, and has helped me in so many ways over our time together.
So far so good. Very attentive and supportive. My first male therapist is Maurice and it's been incredible thusfar.
I feel really at ease and listened to when I speak to Maurice. He helps me see things differently and it has helped me to work on myself. I strongly recommend his services.
