Still moving smoothly and progressing with her.

Mavish has a very insightful perspective and often recognizes patterns in your thoughts and actions and can associate them with their potential points of origin. This has helped me understand myself better than I have ever understood myself in my entire life. I am very grateful for her perspective and the tools she has provided me to make lasting changes in my life both in myself and my relationship.

I really appreciate Mavish! She is very approachable, and kind. I feel heard during my sessions. She gives me feedback and suggestions on handling issues I am dealing with. The day before the session Mavish sends some questions for me in preparation for our session as well as has a weekly mindful Monday email to bring up things worth thinking about. She is extremely professional and always on time. I highly recommend Mavish!
