About me
I will be sincere, genuine and compassionate as I listen to your needs and help guide you through the storm. I have 10 plus years of experience serving adults who had or were suffering from trauma at all levels; daily and chronic stress; mental health disorders, spiritual warfare, anger, anxiety, grief, depression and more.
I have been told the most severe trauma experiences as well as have endured some also myself; first and foremost I work to help others, to share that you are not alone.
I am willing to help with the pain and the confusion; during your treatment you guide the pace and make the decisions. I will be there for the successes and the failures. My mission is to be an honest, serving and non judgmental professional.

Mayra has been patient and open throughout my time with her so far. I appreciate that she touches base with me to see how I am going beyond our scheduled video calls, and that she reviews her recommendations to me periodically to see if they are working for me. I highly recommend Mayra and am glad to have been matched with her.
