Hi! My name is Megan, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor. I started counseling others in 2013 and believe counseling is not “one size fits all”, rather counseling is a unique experience that needs to be tailored to the individual seeking support. I believe everyone, at any age, has a story to share and I would be honored to have you share your story with me.
My background includes extensive training in supporting those who have experienced trauma and loss. Guiding others through their grief is something I am very passionate about. Many of us have experiences we need to process and work through. Through counseling you can feel free to share whatever is on your heart and mind and know I will support you. I find cognitive behavioral theory (CBT) to be a way to support my clients overcome their mental health concerns and gain skills to move forward.
I continue to grow as a Counselor by attending new trainings and staying up to date on latest practices as I view learning as an ongoing process. I look forward to hearing your story and supporting you on your journey.
