About me
I’m a UK-licensed therapist with 6 years of professional experience, and I take an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to fit your unique needs. I work with people on common concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, anger management, self-esteem, motivation, and confidence.
My style is collaborative — I believe therapy works best when we work together in a safe, open, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I aim to support you as you take the courageous step toward a more fulfilling, balanced, and happier life.
I’m comfortable working with clients from all backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems, and I’m happy to adapt to your individual preferences. I also have flexible session times, so feel free to share any timing needs and I’ll do my best to accommodate them.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals and those with religious or cultural perspectives, and strive to creat a safe, respectful space where everyone can be heard and supported.

Megan has been really helpful. I've been doing counseling and self help stuff for years and thought I already knew everything, but she's really helped me think about things in different ways and take the steps and actions needed to achieve my goals.

I’ve been meeting with Megan for a few months now and I really wanted to feel my sessions out with her before fully forming an opinion. With that being said, she has been an amazing addition to my care team. Her insights and direction has helped me to reconnect with myself, respect myself in practice and not just in theory and even make me realize thought processes that I didn’t even realize were harmful. I’m saying this as a person that has had many therapists over the course of my life: She is the best.
