Megan has been the exact right therapist I need at this time. She is understanding, supportive, and asks the questions that I don't ask myself so that I can fully see my patterns and/or give myself a break. My issues have been all over the place and it never seems to throw her when I'm railing on about something one second and being self-deprecating the next. I feel extremely comfortable with her, which means that I have no issues reaching out to her nor do I hold anything back, no matter how horrible it sounds to me. I highly recommend Megan to anyone who needs forgiving support throughout the process.
