As a licensed counselor, my goal is to help my clients learn more positive strategies to cope with these challenges. My work with clients often consists of helping them identify existing, often unrecognized, strengths within each client, while cultivating self-compassion. Even more, I hope to help my clients rediscover peace and joy and learn strategies to maintain this.
