This is my first experience with therapy in a virtual manner (Covid). I appreciate Meghan's patience and guidance on this journey of therapy. I am still learning how to better myself. I appreciate these beginning steps on how to process, reflect, and grow. Meghan allows me to release and talk about a variety of topics that are currently going on in my life. I am thankful for that. :) Many Thanks.
