About me

It takes courage to seek support when faced with adversities and challenging life situations. Counseling can offer a safe and supportive space for processing and healing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of clinical counseling experience. My clinical experience includes, but is not limited to, supporting people struggling with trauma exposure, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, difficult life transitions, eating disorders, relational concerns, behavioral concerns, intimate partner violence, and those experiencing suicidality.

My counseling style is to build a therapeutic alliance where we can approach challenges and this therapeutic journey as a team. I have worked with people from all diverse walks of life and believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines trauma informed interventions, cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic, and psychodynamic counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Whatever you are facing, please know that you are not alone. I hope to join you on this journey of growth and healing. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions and I look forward to speaking with you soon!

Worked with Meghan for two years and absolutely loved her! She was great at listening but also giving me good, non-biased feedback. Professional but also relatable and friendly. Love her and couldn’t recommend more.

Meghan has helped me tremendously with my depression and anxiety. She offers reasonable and realistic solutions. She reinforces her guidance with every appt to take things one step at a time, helping me understand how to break things down into attainable goals. She’s friendly and personable and really cares. I couldn’t be happier with her as my counselor and I highly recommend her to others. Thank you Meghan!

I have nothing but great things to say about Meghan Graham. She has a thorough understanding of my symptoms surrounding mental health and makes me feel comfortable telling her everything. Every session feels like I'm talking to a friend who's in my corner and is looking out for what's best for me but isnt too shy to challenge me in helpful ways neccessary for my growth. She has a kind soul, empathizes when needed and cheers you on for the good stuff. I love that she checks in inbetween sessions too. Super thankful to have been matched with an awesome therapist.
