About me

Meghan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that to have a successful outcome in therapy, the client and therapist must first build a strong rapport. Once that foundation is laid, Meghan will use one of several therapeutic modalities, depending on the issue at hand. These modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and General Psychotherapy. Many people benefit from the use of different modalities.
Meghan is known for being a good listener, caring, sensitive, and enthusiastic. Not only does she have the necessary credentials, experience, and hours to be licensed, but she also has a lifetime of experience and wisdom to draw from, which is invaluable!
Meghan works with her clients to draw on the strengths that already exist in her clients! Every person has potential, and every person has the ability to change and make different choices. She wants to walk beside her clients to support them through life changes.

I started working with Meghan in June of this year. I had been wanting to start therapy for so long, and was lucky enough to find a great therapist on the first try! Meghan challenged me and was able to help me think about things in different ways. I very much look forward to continuing therapy with her!

Meghan is wonderful! She listens and provides great support. This is my first time doing any kind of therapy and Meghan has made me feel so comfortable. She has made a huge difference in my life! Highly recommend her!!

I love my experience so far with Meghan! She has already helped me so much when I was floundering and couldn't even tell her what I needed help with. She was so able to listen to me ramble and help me identify areas that were affecting me and is helping me make steps to change not necessarily the problems, but how I can react to them.
