Meghan has been the best therapist I’ve ever worked with, regardless if telehelp or traditional. She is kind and empathetic, and also provides relevant actionable steps to make progress in areas needing help. Most importantly, she validates my feelings and situation in a way that feels genuinely sincere and gives me space to be ok with where I am at, without it seeming like she is feeling bad for me. Not only do I look forward to each session because it flows naturally without feeling forced, I also leave each session feeling so much better even if it went to some tough places.
