I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado with many years of experience working as a therapist in Behavioral Health settings. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds. Some of the many concerns I help clients with include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adjustment to trauma, grief, chronic pain, personality disorders, and depleted self-esteem.
I always meet clients where they are. My approach is eclectic, but combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, trauma informed, solution focused, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I will work with you to create a treatment plan that meets your needs and wants. My goal is always to get you out of therapy and living your best life. I will do my best to challenge you and point out thinking styles that may be unhelpful. I believe that feeling a connection to your therapist and feeling comfortable is more important that any therapeutic approach. I know there are many options out there. You will find that I use a healthy amount of humor during sessions. I want you to feel at ease while gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and working toward your goals.
I know the decision to begin therapy is often a difficult one and change can be very difficult. I would be pleased to be a part of your journey!

Meghan is so helpful and has reminders of how to help my self esteem, depression. She is awesome
I'm new to therapy and was intimidated getting started. Meghan's presence changed that immediately. She's professional yet easygoing and immensely helped me.
She’s absolutely amazing!
I have only had one session with Meghan so far but it was very helpful and I enjoyed the session.
Helpful and patient. Thank you!
Meghan is absolutely amazing! If it weren't for her advice I'd most likely be still as bad as I was before therapy mentally speaking if not worse
Meghan is professional, friendly and kind. She understands what I need and gets right into the work with me! I truly appreciate her help thus far.
Megan is a true professional, and will give all she’s got to better help others in their journey!!
So far she's been great, listens and asks questions when needed! I'd absolutely recommend her :)
Meghan is so great. I can easily and comfortably talk to her, I feel like I’ve known her longer then just a couple weeks.
