About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado with many years of experience working as a therapist in Behavioral Health settings. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds. Some of the many concerns I help clients with include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adjustment to trauma, grief, chronic pain, personality disorders, and depleted self-esteem.

I always meet clients where they are. My approach is eclectic, but combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, trauma informed, solution focused, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I will work with you to create a treatment plan that meets your needs and wants. My goal is always to get you out of therapy and living your best life. I will do my best to challenge you and point out thinking styles that may be unhelpful. I believe that feeling a connection to your therapist and feeling comfortable is more important that any therapeutic approach. I know there are many options out there. You will find that I use a healthy amount of humor during sessions. I want you to feel at ease while gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and working toward your goals.

I know the decision to begin therapy is often a difficult one and change can be very difficult. I would be pleased to be a part of your journey!

Meghan is absolutely amazing! If it weren't for her advice I'd most likely be still as bad as I was before therapy mentally speaking if not worse

Meghan is so great. I can easily and comfortably talk to her, I feel like I’ve known her longer then just a couple weeks.

Work with me!
