I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and have been working in the counseling profession since 2014 and in the mental health field since 2010. I received my Bachelors in Psychology in 2010. I went onto graduate school for clinical mental health counseling graduating with my Masters of Science in 2014. Majority of my work has entailed researching and practicing within the eating disorders population and crisis. I am currently employed full-time at The Center for Balanced Living which supports specified treatment for clients with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and other disordered eating behaviors. Although eating disorders is my specialty, my practice and interventions stretch to cover the following other treatment concerns: conflict/stress, change/transitions, anxiety, grief/loss, depression, relationship issues. I use various treatment approaches depending on the presenting concerns. A few of my clinical approaches include Talk Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, strength-based interventions, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based interventions.
I feel that majority of my patients are quick to find that I am relaxed, calm and welcoming within the counseling experience. I am a liberal individual that is open to self-choice, one's interests, beliefs and values. My goal in counseling is to help you feel better about yourself, whatever that may entail. I often ask my patient's, what does "happiness" mean to you, because the definition varies from person to person depending on our life experiences. Together we can work in finding techniques, interventions and a counseling style that fits your needs in order to fulfill your new happiness again.

I work part-time (roughly about 10-15 hours a week) between all my subscribers. This can limit some of my availability regarding my response time to a subscriber. I try to respond daily, although at only online 5-6 days a week. If you want more one-to-one please schedule a live session during any of my open available times.
