About me
We all have difficult times in our lives. And with help, we all have the ability to heal and become whole again. Loss comes in many forms, including loss of job, home, marriage, and the death of loved ones. I have deep experience and education helping individuals deal with the losses that life presents.
I am a Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in grief, dying, and life limiting illness. I earned an M.A. in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado and spent 9 years at Pikes Peak Hospice as a grief counselor. I approach each client and every counseling session with compassion, humility, and respect, using a number of theoretical and practical approaches and techniques. My primary theoretical approach is Client-Centered Therapy. My practice will provide you with an emotionally safe environment to give voice to your pain, at your pace, leading to healing and wholeness.
I have helped numerous people heal from the pain of loss and would love to help you as well.

Yes, I would! Fran is a God send. She listens to understand and not to respond . Because of that, we were able to pair quickly and I felt safe with her from the start. She’s very professional and gracious when something at work came up on our scheduled call time.

Fran has helped me in so many ways. I couldn’t have survived this past year of losing my dad without her. Her advice is wise, kind, and simple. Exactly what I’ve needed during my life changing experience. Thank you Fran!

Fran is a Godsend. During my lowest moments of acute grief, I would go on and on for an hour, thinking that I’m making no sense. Then BAM, Fran would hit me with the one thing that I truly needed to hear, the heart of the matter. She always makes me feel so heard, supported and comforted. Thanks to her, not only do I feel more cared for on my journey of grief, I have been quoting her to people around me that are hurting too. “Your heart knows how to grieve” was so simple yet so wise. Highly recommend her to all my fellow hurting broken hearted grievers.
