My time with Melissa was wonderful! She was very affirming and shared many of my same identities as a Latinx woman born and raised in the city. She is resourceful with techniques to address your concerns.

Brilliant councillor, she has a wide range of expertise and is able to put herself in other people’s shoes to help solve a problem. She knows how to make you feel valued and how to help you feel that way for yourself.

Melinda is a great person and has a great personality for this. I felt that I could always be honest and open to her, an I never felt like she was not listening or she was not interested. I always felt supported and she did actually understand more about me than I would have expected. I would totally recommend her for people dealing with self esteem problems, depression or anger problems.
