Melinda is an amazing counselor, she always finds the way to encourage you to improve, to find a way to get better!
My time with Melissa was wonderful! She was very affirming and shared many of my same identities as a Latinx woman born and raised in the city. She is resourceful with techniques to address your concerns.
Brilliant councillor, she has a wide range of expertise and is able to put herself in other people’s shoes to help solve a problem. She knows how to make you feel valued and how to help you feel that way for yourself.
Melinda is a great person and has a great personality for this. I felt that I could always be honest and open to her, an I never felt like she was not listening or she was not interested. I always felt supported and she did actually understand more about me than I would have expected. I would totally recommend her for people dealing with self esteem problems, depression or anger problems.
My experience with Melinda has been excellent! She is such a nice & genuine person, so understanding & has helped me a lot over the past couple of weeks. Without the help of Melinda during this uncertain time I would be struggling So much! Thank you for all the help!!
Melinda is a great counsellor, she listens to you, always has advice and support at hand. Even just being able to talk to someone like her has already been a great help!
Melinda has helped me navigate through choppy waters with excellent advice. She really has helped bring sunshine back in my life. I had to stop therapy because I moved for a short time, and noticed a huge difference. I'm glad I'm back talking to her and feel she makes a huge difference. I see things clearly and she is truly a professional but also sweet and great person to talk to
Melinda is a very supportive and upbeat counsellor. She's great for issues regarding anxiety, trauma, relationships and depression. Whatever you need help with--she is motivated to help you with your specific goals. My goals have changed since I have started counseling and Melinda has risen to the occasion and been very adaptive. She is also flexible in terms of scheduling, which is definitely a plus.
Melinda has a great personality and develops a real rapport with you over the phone very quickly. She is available for chat during part of the week, but she really shines over the phone when you get a chance to talk face to face. She is a great listener and gives great advice!
Very personable and naturally just positive and encouraging. Very supportive of my needs.
