I've been to a few different therapists in my life due to my anxiety and depression. I've always felt like they weren't really listening or they were trying to push their own agenda on me. Melinda is the dead opposite. I've learned so much about mental health, self-care, plus understanding and handling my illnesses in the past few months. And she genuinely cares about you and your well being. If you need/want someone to help with your illnesses, Melinda is the person you should go to.

I was really desperate to get help after a traumatic event and Melinda Holliday was a perfect match! She gave me options for worksheets and introduced me to tactics that really help reduce the associated anxiety. I was in a mental space where my typical “push on through” mentality was failing me. She quickly identified some things I could do to get back on track and often checked in my progress. It was really a game changer and the convenience of video sessions can’t be beat!
